1 Appellants, Nancy and Jim Harvey, appeal from the judgment entered on September 12, 2005, in favor of Appellees, Rouse Chamberlin, Ltd. ("Rouse Chamberlin") and J.L. Watts Excavating ("Watts"), in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. This is a slip and fall case. At the close of Appellants case-in-chief, Appellees moved for non-suit arguing that the "hills and ridges" doctrine precluded a finding of liability. The trial court agreed and granted the non-suit. After careful review, we reverse.
